- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast sweet potatoes for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, cook sausage until browned.
- Add garlic, honey, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well.
- Combine sausage mixture with roasted sweet potatoes.
- Serve warm.
