  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
  4. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
