- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
- 200g rice
- 300ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in sliced bell peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle paprika powder and mix well.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve creamy chicken over cooked rice.
