Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 200g pasta
  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add the garlic and zucchini to the pan. Cook until the zucchini is tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
