Instructions

- Spread the filling evenly over each chicken breast.
- Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken rolls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
