Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup roasted garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup white sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread roasted garlic paste evenly over the dough.
  4. Add white sauce and spread thinly.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
  6. Top with diced chicken.
  7. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
  9. Remove from oven, slice, and serve.
