Ingredients

- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic paste
- 1/4 cup white sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread roasted garlic paste evenly over the dough.
- Add white sauce and spread thinly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
- Top with diced chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve.

- Use pre-cooked chicken for best results.
- Adjust garlic paste to taste.
- Add fresh basil for extra flavor.
