  • 2 cups frozen french fries
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Cook french fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  3. Season ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to preference.
  6. In a small bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
  7. Top the cooked steak with garlic butter and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with crispy french fries.
