- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1–2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass, filling it about 1/3 full.
- Rinse the blender and then add the blueberries, banana, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour the blueberry mixture over the strawberry layer to create a distinct layer.
- For a white layer, blend a little more yogurt with a splash of milk and pour it gently over the blueberries.
- Top with a few extra berries or a sprinkle of granola for garnish if desired.
