- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
