These raspberry jam oat bars are a delicious treat combining sweet raspberry jam with a hearty oat crust.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use homemade or store-bought raspberry jam.
- Replace raspberry jam with any fruit jam if preferred.
