- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- In another bowl, mix the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined and fluffy.
- Fold the mixed berries into the whipped cream mixture carefully to maintain the berries’ shape.
- Pour the berry and cream mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use any mix of berries you prefer.
- For an extra kick, add a splash of lemon juice to the berry mixture.
