- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp asado seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Sprinkle asado seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the seasoned chicken.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
