- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken tenders in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the tops with additional cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
