Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and milk.
- Stir frequently until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Notes
