Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix potatoes, onion, cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
