- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops for 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking.
