- 200g noodles

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 spring onion, sliced
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Pour into the pan.
- Stir cornstarch with water and add to the pan. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat well.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
