- 1/4 cup (60ml) white wine
- 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chili flakes, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
