  • 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and chili flakes, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
