Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler.
  3. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in melted chocolate mixture, ground pistachios, flour, and salt.
  5. Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly, then invert onto plates and serve warm.
