- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 1 tbsp pink food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Divide batter in half. Mix pink food coloring into one half.
- Pour pink batter over crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree on top.
- Swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.

- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Use fresh raspberries for best flavor.
