- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Thread chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating pieces.
- Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- You can substitute pineapple with mango for a different flavor.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
