  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating pieces.
