  • 1 cup white rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and pineapple. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add rice, chicken broth, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
