- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Divide the beef mixture among the buns and top each with 2 slices of provolone cheese.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
