Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  5. Spread half the brownie batter in the pan.
  6. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, then spread over the batter.
  7. Top with remaining brownie batter, spreading evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool before cutting into squares.
