Description
A refreshing and fruity peach sangria that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a relaxing evening.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle of dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 cups peach slices (fresh or frozen)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 2 cups soda water or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, and brandy.
- Add the peach slices, orange slices, lemon slices, and lime slices. Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda for some fizz.
- Serve the sangria over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less soda.
- You can also add other fruits like strawberries or raspberries for additional flavors.
