  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until the peaches are well coated.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together.
  5. Pour the melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
