Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings and spices to customize your pasta chips.
- Store leftover pasta chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days; re-crisp in the air fryer for a few minutes.
