Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spread the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once done, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
