Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over potatoes.
- Roast for 5 more minutes until golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use russet or Yukon gold potatoes for best results.
- Fresh garlic works better than powdered.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
