- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- For the sauce: 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a small pan. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Serve chicken with the creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for better flavor.
- Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Double the sauce if you prefer more.
