Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss zucchini slices in olive oil.
- Coat each slice with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
