Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Form the ground meat into 6 equal-sized burger patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each burger to melt.
- While the burgers are cooking, grill the corn on the cob until charred, about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your choice of condiments.
- Serve the burgers with potato chips, watermelon wedges, grilled corn, and fruit salad.
- For dessert, offer brownies or cookies to finish off the meal.
