Description

Delicious and easy-to-make chicken wraps loaded with melted cheese and garlic flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.
  3. Add minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove chicken from heat and mix with both cheeses.
  5. Warm tortillas for 20 seconds in a dry pan.
  6. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas.
  7. Fold sides inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
  8. Return wraps to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
