A delicious and easy one pot summer shrimp boil, perfect for gatherings and summer cookouts.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and shells removed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and sausage to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon halves. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the pot and return the shrimp mixture to the pot. Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning to your taste.
- You can add other seafood such as crab or clams if desired.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping in the flavorful broth.
