Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 200g Nutella
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300ml heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spread the filling over the chilled biscuit base.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Chill the mixing bowl before whipping the cream for better results.
- Garnish with extra Nutella or chocolate shavings if desired.
