- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour half of the mixture into a 9×9 inch dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Layer fresh berries over the mixture, then top with the remaining chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.
