Instructions

  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
