Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 200g smooth peanut butter
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 150g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into a tart tin to form the base.
  3. Chill the base in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled base.
  6. Pour melted dark chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
