Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 200g smooth peanut butter
- 150g powdered sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 150g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into a tart tin to form the base.
- Chill the base in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled base.
- Pour melted dark chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
