These hearty beef nachos are loaded with ground beef, melted cheese, and all your favorite toppings for a delicious snack or meal.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- Jalapeño slices (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the instructions on the packet. Stir in a little water if needed, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips.
- Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the chips, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and jalapeño slices on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to add any of your favorite nacho toppings, such as salsa, corn, or refried beans.
- For a spicier kick, use pepper jack cheese or add spicy jalapeños.
