Instructions

- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.

- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centre is soft.
- Let them cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert onto plates.
