Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla, coffee, and cocoa powder.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
- Cool in the oven with the door slightly open, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
