- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions, then drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, tomato sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer half the cooked ravioli in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half the meat sauce over it, then sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Top with Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh ravioli if available for better texture.
- For a spicier sauce, add red pepper flakes.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
