Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, scallops, and squid to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and the scallops are opaque.
  4. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the seafood. Stir well to coat.
  5. Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the seafood and stir to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
