- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 2 limes
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, scallops, and squid to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and the scallops are opaque.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the seafood. Stir well to coat.
- Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the seafood and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
