Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix together all the dry spices: smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
  4. Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.

  7. Carefully unwrap the ribs and brush them with BBQ sauce.
  8. Grill the ribs uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes, basting with more sauce as desired.
  9. Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
