- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush BBQ sauce on the chicken.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with additional BBQ sauce.
