These tender, smoky BBQ ribs are perfect for your Memorial Day celebration. They’re easy to prepare and will be a hit at your BBQ.

- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill for indirect heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on the grill away from direct heat.
- Cook the ribs for about 2.5 to 3 hours, checking occasionally.
- Remove the ribs from the foil and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Grill for an additional 15-20 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, add wood chips to the grill.
- You can prepare the ribs a day in advance and refrigerate them until grilling.
