- 4 pounds of chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, breasts)
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce over the chicken pieces.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
