- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the dry rub.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, covering both sides.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Close the lid and cook for 2-2.5 hours, maintaining a steady heat.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
