- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup red and blue sprinkles
- Whipped cream for topping
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the red and blue sprinkles, reserving some for garnish.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the dessert to cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and blueberries. Sprinkle with reserved sprinkles before serving.
Notes
- These brownies can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
