This delicious and colorful berry trifle is perfect for Memorial Day celebrations. Layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh berries, and whipped cream create a festive dessert that everyone will love.

- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pound blueberries
- 1 pound raspberries
- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In a large glass trifle bowl or individual serving cups, layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom.
- Spoon half of the vanilla pudding over the pound cake layer.
- Add a layer of half of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, pudding, and berries.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can use any combination of berries you prefer.
- For a fun twist, add layers of yogurt or cream cheese frosting.
