Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  3. Layer mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and oregano on the un-oiled side of one bread slice.
  4. Top with the second bread slice, oiled side facing out.
  5. Place sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
