A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped Kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- Layer mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and oregano on the un-oiled side of one bread slice.
- Top with the second bread slice, oiled side facing out.
- Place sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

- Use fresh bread for best texture.
- Adjust cheese amounts to your preference.
- Add spinach or basil for extra freshness.
